Is a blog included?+
Not in the founding partner launch. The initial scope covers the core website, local commercial pages, listing search, enquiry forms and private lead board. Blog migration or publishing is separate work.
Is there a setup fee?+
Yes — C$1,500 once, on your first invoice. It covers configuring your domain, connecting your listing feed, applying your brand, building the core pages and moving your existing enquiries across. Additional custom pages or integrations beyond that are priced before the work begins, and you see that number first.
Can I pay annually?+
Yes. ListingHQ is C$299 monthly or C$2,990 annually. The annual option includes two months compared with paying monthly for a full year.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. Month to month, and you can cancel in the month you decide it isn't working. There is no minimum term, no auto-renewing annual, no notice window and no buyout.
What happens to my content and leads if I leave?+
You get all of it. Every page, every enquiry and every contact exports in full on request, whether you are staying or going. Nothing is held back to make leaving harder.
Does ListingHQ work in the United States?+
US MLS coverage is not part of the current offer. The founding launch is for Canadian agents whose CREA DDF access can be approved.
Why not use a website builder or a larger platform?+
A builder fits when you want a basic website and will assemble the rest yourself. A mature suite fits when you need a dialler, transaction management, brokerage-wide permissions or a large integration catalogue. ListingHQ is the narrower middle: a managed Canadian website, approved listing-feed path and direct lead workflow.
Can I buy it immediately?+
The launch starts with a fit review. Domain readiness, brokerage approval, data-feed access and the exact scope are confirmed before billing or a launch date.
